With increasing demand for freight transport globally, rail is not only a more efficient and cheaper solution for long-haul freight transport, but it also provides a sustainable modal option resulting in reduced air pollution, reduced noise pollution, and fewer road traffic jams.

Low cost, efficient transport
One freight train can replace up to 52 trucks. Intermodal container flatcars (Sggrs) can transport up to 110 tons of loading weight. ¹ -
