GATX Rail Europe (GRE) today announced that Mr. Götz Nink joins the company as the Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Nink has more than twelve years of experience in the railway business in different technical driven management roles, spending most of his career with Bombardier where he led the last the maintenance business unit for locomotives in France, Benelux, Eastern Europe and Germany for the past years.
Johann Feindert, CEO of GRE, stated, “Mr. Nink is well-positioned to lead GATX Rail Europe’s technical teams. He has a proven track record in leading a European service organization, including ECM responsibilities and auditing. Mr. Nink will drive our technical operations and digitalization initiatives and will continue to develop our maintenance network. His service-oriented approach and experience in rail markets fit well to our organization that is entirely focused on making railcar leasing easier.”
