GATX Rail Europe today announced that Ms. Stephanie Luftensteiner joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Luftensteiner has served in numerous human resources leadership roles in global companies throughout her career, including roles at kununu, adidas and ProSiebenSat.1 Media. Most recently, she served as Senior Director People, Culture & Organization at DHL Express Austria, where she facilitated the company’s transition to a modern, agile organization.

Ms. Luftensteiner starts her role on 17 March 2025 and will be based in the GATX Rail Europe office in Vienna, Austria. She is taking over the responsibilities of Anna Macidlowska, who is moving on to new and exciting opportunities. Ms. Luftensteiner will report directly to Johann Feindert.
